*Pecan Pie Bread Pudding with out the Crust *


°1 (sixteen ounce) loaf of stale French bread
°2 and a 1/2 of cups of milk
°1 cup 1/2 of and 1/2 of
°four eggs, lightly beaten
°1 cup granulated sugar
°1 tablespoon vanilla
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a cup of butter
° 1 and 1 / cup packed brown sugar
°1 cup chopped pecans

* Directions :

Preheat oven to 350*. Place bread cubes in a big bowl.
In every other bowl, whisk collectively the eggs, milk, 1/2 of and 1/2 of, sugar, salt, and vanilla with the eggs. whisk. Pour over bread. Permit it on for 10 to fifteen min
