Pork chop with onion and mushroom gravy

* Ingredients (2 people):

°1 tablespoon canola oil
°4 pieces of pork, with or without bone
°1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms
°1 tsp minced dry garlic
°Quarter c milk
°1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
°1 teaspoon finely chopped and dried onions
°1/4 tsp black pepper

* Methods 

1- Grease a 12-inch non-stick frying pan (with a lid) with canola oil and heat over medium heat.
2- Adding pork chop & brown them on both side (for 8 min). Adding mushrooms & cooking for a some min.
3- In a small bowl, mix the cream of mushrooms, milk, garlic, onion and black pepper.
4- Pour over the golden pork chops.
5- Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until completely cooked.
