Rice with milk on the way of creamy custard



*ingredients:

° 4 eggs
° Half a cup of white sugar
° 1 cup heavy cream
° 1 cup golden raisins
° 3 cups of whole milk
° 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
° 3 cups cold cooked white rice
° 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

* instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a casserole.
3. Beat the sugar and eggs.
4. mixing cream and milk.
5. Adding cinnamon & vanilla extract.
6. Adding rice & raisins.
7. Transfering mixture to casserole.
8. Placing this dish in  larger ovenproof dish.
9. Add about 2 inches of water to the larger pan.
10. Cooking in oven for 30 min, & stir gently.
11. Cook for another 30 minutes and serve warm.
