Shrimp-Fried-Rice




Great Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe (Ideal Easy to Make!)

*ingredients :

°2 tablespoons olive oil
°1 tablespoon of garlic paste
°1 to 2 pounds of peeled shrimp
fried rice:
°2 tablespoons sesame oil
°3 cloves garlic, minced
°4 cups (1 liter) cooked rice
°4 large eggs, scrambled
°1 cup (250 ml) mixed vegetables (frozen or not)
°3 tablespoons of soy sauce
°3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
°2 sprigs green onions, finely chopped

*Preparation:

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic paste. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and place in a bowl next to it. Add sesame oil to the pot. Adding garlic & saute about 2 min. Add rice and fry until slightly crunchy. Transfer the rice to a corner, then add the beaten eggs to the other side. Mix them and then combine them with the rice. Add the shrimp, then the vegetables, and fry for another 3 or 4 minutes. Combine soy sauce and oyster sauce on top. Good mixing. Served with a garnish of green onions.
