Slow Cooked Chicken and gravy






*ingredients

°3 pieces chicken thighs
°1 can of mushrooms
°100 grams lardon
°1 onion
°1 cube bowl
°flour (a little)
°tomato sauce (a little)
°salt
°pepper
°white wine (a little)
°50 cl water

*Preparation steps

Cut the chicken, peel and chop the onions.
In a casserole, brown the onions, then add the mushrooms and bacon with a little white wine.
Put the chicken pieces in the flour and put in the casserole.
Add salt and pepper, then cook for 5 minutes.
Add the already peeled and diced potatoes.
Add the stock cube, tomato sauce and water and stir.
Let everything come back for about an hour.
Be careful, check after 30 minutes of tasting and serving.
