Snickerdoodle Bread


° 1 teaspoon baking powder
° 2 and a half cups of all-purpose flour
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° Half a cup of sour cream
° 3 eggs
° 1 cup soft butter
° 2 teaspoons cinnamon
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 2 cups granulated white sugar
° 1 pack of cinnamon chips
+ Top:
° 3 tsp granulated sugar
° 3 tsp cinnamon

*Methods :

The 1 step:
Preheat oven 350*
Faat 2 loaf pans
The 2 step:
Beating butter, sugar, cinnamon // salt. Blend until fluffy
Add the eggs, beating after each egg
Third step:
Adding sour cream & vanilla to well mixed
In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder
The fourth step:
Adding it to egg blend and combine well
Stir the cinnamon flakes into the mixture
Fifth step:
Spoon the mixture into the loaf trays. Do not filling more than ⅔ full.
In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar with 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
Sixth step:
Sprinkle this mixture over the mixture
Bake for 35 to 38 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Allow the loaf to cool completely before removing it from the loaf trays
