Sour-Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole


°4 c cubed cook chicken
°1 box of cream of chicken soup
°8 oz. (1 cup) sour cream
°2/3 cup milk
°1 (4 oz) green bell pepper
°2 tbsp. dry mince onion
°1 tsp. garlic powder
°pepper to taste
°12 corn tortillas
°2-3 c cheddar cheese

* Methods :

Spray a 13" x 9" dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven 350° In  bowl, mixing soup, sour cream, milk, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, and pepper, line a 13" x 9" bottom line with 6 tortillas and sprinkle 3 cups of chicken, pour 1/2 sauce over it and spread to coat and sprinkle with half the amount of cheese.  Repeat process, bake for 30-40 minutes or until hot and juicy, let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
