Southern Fried Chicken Butter


° 2 cups all-purpose flour
° 2 teaspoons black pepper
° 2 teaspoons paprika
° 4 teaspoons garlic salt
° ½ tsp poultry seasoning mix
° 1 c milk
° 2 scrambled egg

* Methods :

The first step:
In  bowl, mixing beat eggs with milk
In bowl, blend flour, poultry seasoning, garlic salt, paprika & black pepper, then place in  ziplock bag.
The second step:
Putting chicken pieces in bag and shake bag to covering all pieces
Remove the chicken and dip each piece into the egg mixture
Third step:
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture again, shaking off the excess.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed fry pan to 375*.
The fourth step:
Frying chicken on every side, & reduce heat of skillet.
Allow chicken to continue cook for 20 to 30 min, depend on size.
Fifth step:
The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165* before serving.
Drain it on paper towels and then serve.
