Supreme-Pork-Chop Dish


°6 pieces of lean pork, boneless
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°5 russet potatoes, thinly slice
° French onion soup mix 1 packet
°1 packet Condensed Cream of Onion Soup
°Half a cup of whole milk
°Pepper and salt to taste

* instructions:

The first step:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium high heat
Roasting pork chops on both sides
The 2 step:
Preheat oven 350*
Spray a 9*13 baking pan
Third step:
Putting potato slices in bottom of pan
Laying roasted pork tranches on top of potato layers
The 4 step:
In a medium bowl, combine milk, French onion soup mix, and cream of condensed onion soup
Stir the mixture well
Fifth step:
Pour this mixture over the pork and potatoes
Baking for 60 min or to potatoes are soft
If you need additional time, cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
