TACO LASAGNA - DON'T LOSE THIS





*You will need:

°1 pack of taco-sized flour tortillas (for 11 tortillas nees for this recipe)
°1 1/2 lbs Ground beef or turkey
°1 packet taco seasoning
°Pico de gallo (homemade or fresh bought in the produce department)
°2 cups heavy cream
°3 cups shredded mexican cheese
°4 tablespoons. of butter
°Cajun seasoning
°baking dish (aluminum 9 x 11)
°Non-stick spray

* Directions :

Heat the oven to 400°C
Brown the meat and drain the fat
Add the taco seasoning bag to the meat according to the directions on the package (water is usually added to the powder)
In separate saucepan, preparing cheese sauce by melt the butter on medium-low heat
Add the heavy cream to the melted butter and mix gently with a whisk
Mix 2 cups of shredded cheese in the saucepan. Mix gently until the cheese melts.
Add a dash of Cajun seasoning to the melted cheese mixture
Prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray
Cut the tortilla in half
Line a baking dish (as pictured) with tortilla halves
Add 1/3 of the taco meat on top of the tortilla
Add 1/3 of the cheese mixture over the tacos
Sprinkle pico de gallo over the cheese mixture
Repeat steps 10 to 13 two more times
Sprinkle the remaining cup of grated cheese on top
Bake for 20 minutes
