TACO TOMATOES


*ingredients :

°1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
°1 pound 80/20 ground beef
°1 medium onion chopped
°1 packet taco seasoning
°4 L tomatoes, slice ​​freshly beef
°1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
°1/2 C sauce (heat of your choice)
°1/2 cup iceberg lettuce (grated)
°1/4 cup sour cream

Cooking meat taco
Heat the oil in a medium sized frying pan over a medium heat. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add ground beef and taco seasoning and cook for an additional 8 minutes, draining excess fat.
Prepare the tomatoes
Slice the tomatoes, being careful not to cut all the way through, to make 6 wedges, again, making sure not to cut all the way through and open the wedges. 
Divide the taco meat among the tomatoes and top with the cheese, then the lettuce and sauce.
Then add a little sour cream
