TEXAS TORNADO CAKE


*ingredients:

+cake:
°2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°2 cups granulated sugar
°2 large eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°20 ounce can crushed pineapple
+Topping:
°1/2 cup salted butter
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
°2/3 cup evaporated milk
°1 cup granulated sugar
°1 cup chopped pecans
°1 c coconut flakes

* methods :

Preheat oven 350 degrees also greased  9×13 baking tray with butter
In  bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, also mash pineapple
Pour to  baking tray & baking about 40-45 min or to golden brown
Making several holes in cake with handle of  wooden spoon
In  saucepan, heat butter, sugar, evaporated milk & vanilla to boil
Mixing walnuts with coconut and keep to cook for 5 min on a medium heat, stirring constantly
Pour topping equally over the cake, slice & enjoy.
