Best Carrot Cake


°6 cups grated carrots
°1 cup brown sugar
°1 cup raisins
°four eggs
°1 12 cups white sugar
°1 cup vegetable oil
°2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
°1 cup pineapple, drained
° three cups of flour
°1 half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
°1 teaspoon of salt
° four teaspoons of cinnamon
°1 cup chopped walnut

*Directions :

In  bowl, combine grated carrots & brown sugar. Leave to rest for 60 minutes then return with the raisins.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 10 inch cake pans.
In a bowl, beat the eggs until light. Whisk white sugar, oil also vanilla. Mixing flour, baking soda, salt &; cinnamon, &; stirring to wet mix is absorbed. Finally upload the combination of carrots and nuts. Pour frivolously into organized pans.
Bake for 46-51 min in preheated oven, until cake tests done with a toothpick. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan. When completely cooled, frost with cheese frosting.
