Cheesy Beef Chimichanga


° 1 garlic clove
° Half a teaspoon or more, as desired, of the taco seasoning mixture
° 1 teaspoon dried thyme
° 1 pound ground beef
° 1 onion, finely chopped
° Half  c sour cream
° 4 oz chop green chili
° Half a c of butter
° 1 can bean with juice
° 1 c cheese
 ° 6 small tortillas (I'm using a 7-inch)


The first step:
Preheat oven 450* if you are going to baking them
If you are going to frying them, putting an inch of oil in a frying pan to begin heating it while you preparing dish.
The 2 step:
Crumbled ground beef also brown with onion, taco season, salt, pepper, garlic, & oregano. Cook well and drain the fat once it's all cooked
Adding sour cream, green pepper & beans with juice and blend well
Third step:
Removing from heat and stir in cheddar cheese
Heat the oil in the frying pan
The fourth step:
Placing tortilla outside & placing an equal amount of the fill in the center each tortilla
Fold sides & rolling tortilla lengthwise.
Fifth step:
Place seam side down in hot oil. Watch out that oil will be hot.
Turn brown on all sides
Sixth step:
Removing it from oil and dryied it on paper towels
Serving with various top and enjoy!
